Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the company and Alliance sales teams as a payer subject matter expert
  • Develop a tactical plan for executing reimbursement initiatives for assigned products
  • Educate healthcare provider offices on coverage of Alliance products
  • Maintain knowledge of payer landscape and specialty pharmacy utilization management criteria
  • Build relationships with healthcare provider offices to resolve payer coverage issues
  • Ensure team maintains industry-leading knowledge of access and reimbursement processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in pharmaceuticals or subcutaneous self-injectable biologics
  • At least 2 years of reimbursement experience
  • Experience with products through a Specialty Pharmacy network
  • Strong collaboration and proactive communication skills
  • Background in leadership and cross-functional partnership
  • Understanding of Commercial Insurers, Managed Care, Government, and Federal payer sectors
