SUMMARY OF POSITION

Position requires proficiency in all warehouse functions, including safe and accurate loading of outbound trailers. Responsibilities include configuring loads, picking and loading products to achieve maximum trailer utilization in a cost-effective, productive manner. This role involves loading irregularly shaped packages to minimize daily freight costs and ensuring zero damage during transit. Decision-making skills are crucial. The position involves operating hand-held wireless computer terminals and/or truck-mounted terminals, and achieving corporate on-time customer satisfaction objectives.

Requirements

• Pass pre-work ability screen
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Pass pre-employment tests
• Pass vision screening
• Work in a team environment with the ability to communicate in a concise, polite, and respectful manner

Pay

$20.20 per hour

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 7AM-5:30PM Monday – Thursday
• OT Shift: 7AM-3:30PM Friday (when required)
• Scheduled Saturdays: 8 hour days, 2 per month
