Responsibilities
- Develops and manages the operating and capital budgets
- Directs daily operations and performance of staff
- Hires, fires, and disciplines staff as needed
- Affirms clinical competency for neonatal through geriatric patients
- Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period
Qualifications
- Education: 5 years in healthcare management
- Licensure: Required, as required by State law. AHA BLS.
