Rehabilitation Technician, Inpatient Rehabilitation, PRN

Location: 1808 W Main St, Russellville, AR 72801
Shift: PRN (as needed), 0800-1600, Monday-Friday

We're looking for a Rehabilitation Technician who brings energy, compassion, and reliability to our therapy department. Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with patient treatments and prepare patients for sessions
• Transport, lift, and reposition patients safely throughout the hospital
• Set up, clean, and maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas
• Manage supply inventory and perform basic clerical tasks
• Support a safe, confidential, and patient-focused environment

Requirements

• High school diploma
• CPR/BCLS certification
• Six months of experience in an acute or long-term care setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move patients and participate in physical activity
• Basic computer and phone skills
