Rehabilitation Technician

Job Summary

The Rehabilitation Technician supports Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and Physical Therapy Assistant’s in delivering high-quality patient care. This role assists with treatment preparation, patient transport, equipment management, and departmental operations to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered therapy services.

Minimum Qualifications For The Job

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred Experience: One (1) year of experience in a healthcare, rehabilitation, or patient care setting
• Previous experience working with diverse patient populations

Pay Information

• Internal Hires: Pay rate will be determined based on applicable personnel rule or union contract terms
• External Hires: This position starts at $24.81 per hour. Step placement and rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience
