Rehabilitation Technician Acute Care

Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is looking for a dedicated Rehabilitation Services Technician to join our acute care team.

Schedule

• Full-Time, Day Shift
• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm with rotating weekends

Responsibilities

• Adheres to facility policy in the maintenance of patient care areas, equipment, and supplies
• Assists with patient care under the guidance/direction of a licensed rehab professional while demonstrating essential skill competencies in the use of patient care modalities
• Communicates effectively via written and verbal communication with patients, families, medical staff, healthcare team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts
• Completes all administrative and other responsibilities in support of the operating unit
• May perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required upon start

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the clinical/rehab setting
