Rehabilitation RN

About the Role

Deliver evidence-based nursing care to adult patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other major illnesses in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient progress.
• Coordinate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Provide patient and family education, ensuring safe transitions of care.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and documentation in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure.
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to support patients through complex recovery processes.
