Rehabilitation RN

About the role

A Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN®) will provide personalized, compassionate care in a rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients.
• Oversee nursing and staff care on assigned units/shifts.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate care.
• Document patient conditions and take necessary actions.
• Assume Charge Nurse responsibilities when needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on tests, treatments, and medications.
• Participate in interdisciplinary conferences and emergency responses.
• Provide in-services and support nurse development initiatives.

Requirements

• Valid RN licensure per state regulations.
• CRRN® certification required; CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• At least two years of inpatient hospital experience preferred, with inpatient rehabilitation experience advantageous.
