Rehabilitation Physical Therapist

About the role

Provide medically prescribed physical therapy to patients with injuries, neurological conditions, or musculoskeletal diseases to restore function and reduce pain.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate participants and develop and adjust individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, families, and community resources
• Attend meetings and participate in team discussions
• Deliver staff training and support program compliance with standards and ethics

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy
• One year of experience (preferred)

Skills

• Effective communication and teamwork
• Willingness to travel as needed

Physical demands

Heavy work, exerting force up to 100 pounds.

Supervisory responsibilities

Guide Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and interns.
