Rehabilitation Nurse II - Resident (Full-Time)

About the role

Resident II RN in the Rehab unit, providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients recovering from injury, surgery, or illness.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress closely and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to enhance functional outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and recovery processes.
• Support safe discharges and transitions of care.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of rehab therapies, medication administration, and patient education.
