Role: Resident II RN Rehab Responsibilities Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to adult inpatient rehabilitation patients.Assess patients, administer medications, and monitor recovery progress.Coordinate mobility and therapy plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.Support safe patient transitions and educate patients and families.Contribute to quality and safety initiatives to enhance patient care.
