Registered Nurse - Full-time - Inpatient Rehab

About the role

An RN to provide individualized nursing care to patients of all ages based upon the physician's medical care plan, nursing assessment, and the physical, mental, and emotional needs of the patient. As a Registered Nurse working in our inpatient rehab unit, you are a crucial part of the patient's care team.

Responsibilities

• Promote and restore patients' health by completing the nursing process
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Provide physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families
• Delegate and evaluate care assigned to LPNs and CNAs to meet patient care needs
• Participate in educational conferences and update and maintain professional knowledge and skills related to the areas of responsibility

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• Current licensure in the state of PA and CPR certification
• One year Med/surg or Rehab experience preferred
• Good verbal/written communication skills
