Registered Nurse (Full-Time)

Role Overview Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards, demonstrating patient-centered care and service excellence. Offer professional leadership and support to healthcare team members, overseeing and guiding staff under supervision. Ensure positive patient outcomes through evidence-based practices and collaborative teamwork. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care across various specialties, including emergency, maternity, pediatric, cardiovascular, surgical, women’s health, and oncology services.Lead and support healthcare team members, promoting a culture of safety and quality.Adhere to regulatory standards and facility policies to maintain high care standards.Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence at all times. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.One year of acute care experience or completion of a specialty course within 6 months of hire.Current RN license in the state, with BLS, ACLS, PALS, or NRP certifications as required.Ability to pass pre-employment assessments.
