Registered Nurse (Full-Time)

Role Summary: Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards, demonstrating patient-centered care and service excellence. Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team while overseeing and guiding staff under supervision. Maintain a collaborative practice environment focused on positive patient outcomes and safety. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care to diverse patient populations.Lead and support healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Adhere to evidence-based practices and facility policies.Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence at all times. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Current RN license in the state of practice.One year of acute care experience or completion of a specialty course within 6 months.Certifications: BLS, ACLS (adults), PALS (pediatrics), or NRP (neonatal), as required.Ability to pass pre-employment assessments.
