About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a dialysis team.
Responsibilities
- Provide prescribed medical and dialysis treatments to patients.
- Deliver professional nursing care using the nursing process.
- Supervise and collaborate with team members and physicians to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain a safe patient environment by following safety policies and procedures.
- Provide direct and indirect patient care specific to dialysis needs.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Supervise team members and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current RN licensure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and assist as needed.
- Strong communication and bedside manner skills.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to pass the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
