Responsibilities
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients using clinical protocols
- Provide emergency nursing care, treatments, and life-saving interventions
- Administer medications, blood products, and IV therapies
- Monitor patient conditions, interpret findings, and communicate changes
- Assist with emergency procedures, trauma care, and diagnostics
- Operate life-support equipment and collaborate with healthcare team
- Promote patient safety and quality care
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid state RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC certifications
- Minimum one year of acute care RN experience; ED experience preferred
- Certifications such as CEN, TNCC, NRP, or MICN are advantageous
- Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
