Rehabilitation/Mobility Technician
About the role
These roles focus on helping patients recover from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries and improve their physical, emotional, and functional well-being. Involves assessing, planning, and providing therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' abilities to perform daily activities and achieve their rehabilitation goals. These roles are responsible for providing a range of rehabilitation and therapy services across multiple disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical, emotional, and functional needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' abilities to perform daily activities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines
Requirements
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- No prior experience required
- American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required
Qualifications
- Specialty license or certification required through training and/or experience
- Spends majority of time in the delivery of support services or activities, typically under supervision
Skills
- Proficient communicative, auditory, and visual skills
- Attention to detail and ability to write legibly
- Ability to lift/push/pull 20 – 50lbs

Pay
The pay range for this role is $15.00 - $19.93 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
Schedule
Job requires standing for prolonged periods and frequently bending/stooping/traveling.
