Rehabilitation Technician
About the role
Supporting the delivery of the highest quality of patient care in an outpatient treatment area. Assisting our professional staff in performing routine duties and maintaining work areas. Completing on-the-job training and possessing suitable verbal and written communication skills, teamwork abilities, good customer service skills, good judgment, flexibility, friendliness, and self-motivation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare equipment/modalities
- Absorb and assist patients and therapists
- Interact with all disciplines to optimize patient care
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and obstacle-free environment to enhance patient flow
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Suitable verbal and written communication skills
- Teamwork abilities
- Good customer service skills
- Good judgment
- Flexibility, friendliness, and self-motivation
Pay
The base pay scale for this position is $34.70 - $34.70. Additional benefits are available and will be determined based on various factors including scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation.
Schedule
Shifts may vary: Monday through Friday, from 7am-7:30pm. Shifts will be 8 hours per day.
