Rehabilitation Technician

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment areas and clean treatment areas.
• Position patients and transport and assist patients and therapists.
• Prepare patients for prescribed treatment and assist professional staff with patient treatment.
• Clean and maintain treatment areas and equipment.
• Procure and keep an accurate inventory of all therapy supplies.
• Perform routine clerical tasks for Therapy Department.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A high school graduate.
• Minimum six months experience in an acute or long term facility (preferred).
• CPR/BCLS Certification.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
