Rehabilitation Marketing Liaison
About the role
We are seeking a Rehabilitation Marketing Liaison to join our team at Texas Rehabilitation Hospitals of Fort Worth and Keller. This role is dedicated to making communities healthier through building and maintaining relationships with community-based referral sources, identifying and developing new business opportunities, coordinating facility tours, events, and educational outreach, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and acting as an extension of the business development team.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with community-based referral sources
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the market
- Cook up and coordinate facility tours, events, and educational outreach
- Support strategic growth initiatives tied to census and payer mix
- Act as an extension of the business development team focused on volume generation rather than clinical case management
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Clinical discipline (or equivalent experience in healthcare sales and marketing) is required. Excellent skills in forecasting, market-based planning, communications, and public relations are also essential. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications
