Rehabilitation Manager- Home Health
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) to lead our Falls Church, VA Home Health office as a Rehab Manager. This role involves overseeing field staff to ensure superior client service, clinical excellence, and adherence to policies and procedures, while also managing internal case coordination and staff development.

Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate care provided by a multi-disciplinary team
- Lead field staff in delivering exceptional client service and quality clinical care
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and Medicare Conditions of Participation for Home Health
- Review clinical documentation, including OASIS and care plan coding
- Monitor episodic utilization and ensure accurate, timely case management
- Act as internal case manager and client advocate
- Participate in hiring, interviewing, and orientation of field staff
- Provide ongoing education, evaluation, and development of field staff
- Manage supervision, authorization, and interdisciplinary communication
- Monitor Quality Assurance and conduct client visits for clinical assessments and staff supervision
- Assist in developing Clinical Associates into Clinical Managers
- Focus on clinical competency and provide insight to enhance staff skills
- Create a warm, organized, and welcoming office environment grounded in customer service
Requirements
- Current license in good standing as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Prior supervisory experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of community health experience
- Prior clinical and managerial experience within a Medicare Certified Home Health agency
- Comprehensive knowledge of OASIS and Medicare Conditions of Participation for Home Health
- Strong clinical assessment and case management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while taking on increased responsibilities
- Ambition to grow and advance beyond the current position
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Experience with electronic medical record documentation and reporting systems

Pay
$90,000–$98,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
