Rehabilitation Manager
Responsibilities
- Coordinated efforts of the Rehab staff interfacing with hospital’s patients, departments, programs, and physicians in a safe, efficient, cost-effective manner while maintaining compliance to state, federal, and professional standards.
- Hiring, training, and supervising the Rehabilitation staff.
- Developing and maintaining Rehabilitation Services Programs to meet the identified needs of the community.
- Adminstratively responsible for the management of fiscal and personnel resources in Rehabilitation Services.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an approved school of physical therapy with a BS or BA degree OR Bachelor or Master Degree in Occupational Therapy OR .Graduate of an accredited college or university with Bachelors in speech therapy required.
- MS Degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
- Five years of clinical practice with supervisory experience.
- Licensed by the Physical Therapy Board of state OR. Current state Occupational Therapy certification/license OR Licensed by the current state in Speech-Language Pathology
- BLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintain current.
- National Board for Certification Occupational Therapy Certification, AOTA and OTAC preferred.
Pay
Rumford Hospital offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $XX.XX to $XX.XX. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
