Rehab Unit Nurse

About the role

Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care to seniors in a faith-based community.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments accurately.
• Monitor residents' progress during short-term rehabilitation and long-term stays.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and engage families in care discussions.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse with relevant experience in geriatric or rehab nursing.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and compassionate care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, mission-driven environment that values dignity and respect.
