Rehab Unit Nurse

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient treatment plans for recovery from surgery, injury, or illness.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress, educate patients and families, and promote safe mobility and independence.
• Utilize tech-forward tools for managing schedules and communication efficiently.
