Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT), Licensed Physical Therapy (LPT), or Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- 3 years of experience
