Rehab Technician

Responsibilities

• Aid Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology staff during therapy sessions.
• Prepare, set up, and clean therapy equipment and treatment areas to ensure safety and readiness for use.
• Escort residents to and from therapy sessions safely and promptly.
• Maintain resident safety during therapy activities and report any changes in condition to licensed therapy staff.
• Document resident participation and assist in maintaining accurate therapy records as directed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient therapy spaces and equipment storage areas.
• Support therapists in encouraging resident engagement, motivation, and participation in rehabilitation activities.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A valid CPR certification.
• Previous experience in healthcare or skilled nursing is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to safely assist residents with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises.

Pay

• $18-$23/hour (all inclusive).

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available.
• Same Day Pay!

Locations include: Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg, Yorktown, Gloucester, Kilmarnock, Norfolk and Virginia.
