Rehab Technician

Responsibilities

• Patient care - Safely guide patients through exercises prescribed by PT/PTA.
• Housekeeping - Clean tables/equipment, refill soap/disinfectant/etc, organize gym equipment
• Social Media - Use content created by therapist to form various social media posts including monthly newsletter.
• Fielding phone calls (lower priority) - If admins aren't available, answering the phone and appropriately responding
• Scheduling (lower priority) - If admins aren't available, scheduling and confirming patient schedule
• Payments (lower priority) - Collect payments from our point-of-sale device and electronic medical record system
• Compassionate and motivating communication
• Positive, high-energy attitude
• Strong time-management and multi-tasking skills
• Proficiency with social media, computer applications/programs, and Microsoft Office
