About the role
The Casual Rehab Tech will work in the Rehab Unit at Cornerstone under the supervision of the Director of Rehabilitation Services, Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy Manager or authorized designee.
Responsibilities
- Affixes patient identification labels to medical records and patient clothing.
- Assists in both patient and clerical related activities in accordance to the needs of the Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist or the Physical or Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Aids in performance improvement activities within the department.
- Participates in CQI activities.
- Assists with infection control.
- Participates in departmental equipment training.
- Supports organizational safety and fire safety programs.
