About the role

At H2 Health, we believe great patient care starts with great teamwork. As a Rehab Tech / Rehab Aide, you'll play an important role in supporting our therapists and helping patients have a positive rehabilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Aid therapists during treatment sessions while promoting patient safety.
• Prepare treatment areas and sanitize equipment between patients.
• Encourage and support patients throughout therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Assist with front office responsibilities, including scheduling, patient check-in, and documentation support.
• Maintain therapy supplies and help ensure efficient daily clinic operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Healthcare, rehabilitation, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced outpatient clinic.
• Ability to assist patients and safely move equipment as needed.
• CPR certification is a plus.
• Currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in a Physical Therapy (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), or Athletic Training (ATC) program is a plus.
