Responsibilities
- Supervise outpatient rehabilitation services
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide direct patient care under supervision
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patient needs and adjust care plans accordingly
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology)
- Current license to practice in the state of employment
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities
- Understanding of medical terminology and anatomy
