Rehab Supervisor Outpatient

Responsibilities

• Supervise outpatient rehabilitation services
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide direct patient care under supervision
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient needs and adjust care plans accordingly
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology)
• Current license to practice in the state of employment
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The pay range for this position is $45.04 - $63.07 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
