About the role

Join our compassionate healthcare team as a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (Rehab RN), providing personalized care to help patients regain their highest level of function and independence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care accordingly.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and self‑care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physical and occupational therapists.
• Document all care activities accurately.
• Participate in team meetings to coordinate care.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Assist in discharge planning.
• Stay informed on best practices in rehabilitation nursing.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records.
• Strong communication skills.
• Current BLS certification (required).
• CRRN and ACLS certifications (preferred).
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Independent, critical thinker with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a team‑oriented mindset.
