Responsibilities

• Achieve real impact with your work as an Inpatient Rehab Clinical Nurse Coordinator.
• Assess and evaluate patients' care needs.
• Carry out physician orders, administer medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic environment and identify nursing problems related to individual patient needs.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and coordinate multidisciplinary care planning.
• Instruct and educate patients and families as part of a Multidisciplinary Care Planning team.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure with the Tennessee Board of Nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
• American Heart Association (AHA) Certified Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
• One year of clinical nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications
