Rehab LPN - Nights

About the role

Under the supervision of a registered nurse, the licensed vocational/practical nurse medical surgical assumes responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Consistently performs according to nursing standards
• Manages patient care
• Aids others in the management of patient care

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse License in state practicing
• CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Mandatory federal, state, and local requirements met
• At least 18 years of age
