About the role
Morton Plant Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team.
Responsibilities
- Administering medications
- Providing therapy and interventions
- Aiding in treatment plans to support patient recovery
- Maintaining the highest level of clinical excellence and patient-centered care
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- 30-hour IV Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as an LPN preferred
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Inpatient Rehab Facility, or Long-Term Acute Care preferred

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
