This opportunity allows you to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and community leaders, and to lead a team dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of seniors.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Legacy representative at the facility, promoting Legacy policies and clinical programs.
- Oversee internal marketing efforts to foster relationships with staff and residents.
- Manage site productivity and make necessary changes to meet budget goals.
- Absorb patient needs and develop appropriate clinical programs based on facility census.
- Direct and train others in clinical service delivery across disciplines.
- Daily coordinate rehab department activities with facility staff to plan and implement therapy programming.
- Participate in clinical outcomes reporting and share results with customers.
- Manage staff schedules to meet caseload requirements and utilize scheduling tools for patient schedules.
- Manage CliniFax and ensure proper physician signatures on therapy plans.
- Create and maintain team relationships and open communication with rehab staff, facility staff, and Legacy corporate personnel.
- Assist with staff orientation and training, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
- Clinical background as a Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OT), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Three to five years’ experience in long-term care (LTC) or senior living.
- Some prior supervisory experience preferred but not required.
- Minimum of a degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
- Licensed and registered (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP) in the state where assigned.

Pay
USD $28.00 - USD $34.00 /Hr.
Schedule
Mondays through Fridays with no weekend or holiday requirements.
