Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for therapy operations
• Support therapists and promote clinical excellence
• Monitor program performance and quality outcomes
• Collaborate with facility leadership
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and team development
• Maintain strong relationships with patients and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Licensed PT, PTA, OTR, or OTA in Michigan
• Previous therapy leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
