About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Rehab Director for our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department in Bangor, ME. This position is open to Occupational Therapists (OT/OTR) or Speech Language Pathologists (SLP/ST).
Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient and effective operations of the rehabilitation department
- Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
- Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods, and data
- Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
- Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
- Provide occupational therapy services as needed
Requirements
- Licensed or license-eligible Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist in the state of employment
- Experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Ideal candidate will have experience managing an SNF rehabilitation department

Pay
Rate range: $40/hr - $50/hr
