Rehab Coordinator-OTA - Neosho, MO - FT

Overview

Key Rehab is seeking a full‑time Rehab Coordinator‑OTA to join our team in the Neosho, MO area within a skilled‑nursing‑facility (SNF) setting. Applicants who qualify will receive a $2,000 sign‑on bonus and hourly rates up to $36.

Education

• Completion of an accredited OTA program (required)

Experience

• Prior experience in a long‑term‑care setting and service coordination (preferred)

Licenses & Certifications

• Current PTA or OTA license to practice in the assigned state(s) (required)
• CPR certification as required by the community (required)
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance as required by state law (required)
• Other items as required by federal, state, and local standards (required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Flexibility and ability to collaborate within a team
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities
• Experience working with the geriatric population
• Knowledge of current Medicare billing regulations

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy within the OTA/PTA scope of practice
• Serve as liaison between Key Rehab and community staff
• Minimize administrative burden to enable clinicians to deliver therapy services
• Coordinate staffing and daily scheduling to meet key performance indicators under the direction of a Regional Supervisor
