Rehab Assistant Program Manager - PTA
Join our employee-owned team in Lisle, IL as an Assistant Program Manager in an IL/AL setting. Open to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), this weekday role offers the chance to make a real impact in a growing community. New graduates are encouraged to apply—we provide mentorship, training, and hands-on experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Symbria Rehab therapy staff and therapy activities in the community.
- Coordinate therapy services with the nursing department and report information presented at interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Monitor staff productivity and staffing requirements per patient caseload.
- Ensure program compliance with the requirements of regulation agencies.
- Collect statistical data to monitor services utilization.
- Coordinate internal and external marketing activities in conjunction with community staff to promote awareness of Symbria Rehab Therapy Services Department within the community.
- Monitor outcomes of the rehabilitation program.
- Adhere to Symbria Rehab’s mission, Code of Conduct, and policies and procedures.
- Able to self-direct his/her functions.
- Perform any and all duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Hold a valid or pending state license (for new graduates).
- Acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation experience is a plus—but not required.
