Rehab Aide

Position Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing treatment areas and organizing therapy equipment for daily use
• Transport residents to and from therapy sessions as needed
• Support therapists with non-clinical department tasks and daily operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized rehabilitation environment
• Absorb and organize supplies and keep therapy spaces ready for resident care
• Help with scheduling, paperwork, and general department organization when needed

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment is important
• An interest in rehabilitation, healthcare, or patient services is preferred
