Regulatory Training Specialist
About the role
The Regulatory Training Specialist at FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is responsible for designing, delivering, and creating reports on training related to Regulatory Compliance, Legal, and Enterprise Risk for new and existing employees. This role also involves partnering with business lines to support corporate and/or consortium initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver compliance training assets aligned with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Create engaging learning materials including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and support documentation.
- Tailor training approaches, materials, and methodologies as needed.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, and department leads to ensure training meets operational and regulatory needs.
- Stay current with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards, update training content accordingly.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge related to Compliance and Risk.
- Maintain data integrity for LMS, and other data related information for L&D.
- Incorporate feedback to enhance future training for relevancy, comprehension, retention, transfer of learning, and engagement.
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices, including e-Learning.
- Ensure effective project and change management processes to drive sustainable improvements.
- Manage all aspects of the training function, including managing employees while in training, assessing learner performance, providing direct recognition and corrective action process where warranted.
- Communicate with management and any other interested parties regarding the performance management of participants.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Training, and/or Instructional Design is preferred. One to two years of experience in training/education field is required. Regulatory Compliance training experience is a plus.
Computer Skills: Microsoft, Learning Design Technology (Articulate 360, Camtasia).
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and attention to detail are essential.
