Regulatory Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Support regulatory activities and requirements related to food and flavor products.
• Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation and information for products and customers.
• Respond to internal and external regulatory inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
• Review regulatory information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams and customers to gather and provide necessary regulatory information.
• Support regulatory assessments, documentation updates, and ongoing compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within regulatory systems.
• Aid in identifying and addressing regulatory requirements and customer-specific needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product and regulatory initiatives.
• Provide general regulatory support to the team as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant scientific, regulatory, food science, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in regulatory affairs, food/flavor, consumer products, or a related industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a broader team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard computer systems.

Pay

$31/hour (~$65,000 annually)

Schedule

1st Shift, Monday–Friday; flexible start time between 8:00–9:00 AM
