We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe from "What is the opportunity?"), Responsibilities (from "What will you do?"), Requirements (from "What you need to succeed?"), Benefits (from "What’s in it for you?"), Pay (salary range), maybe Schedule (Work hours/week: 40). Also include Job Skills? Could be part of Requirements or separate Skills section. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when there is real specific content. We have content for About the role (What is the opportunity?), Responsibilities (What will you do?), Requirements (What you need to succeed?), Benefits (What’s in it for you?), Pay (salary range), Schedule (Work hours/week: 40). Also maybe Skills (Job Skills list). Could combine Skills with Requirements or separate. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Skills into Requirements or have a Skills section. Since we have a list of skills, we could make a Skills section. But we already have Requirements (must-have, nice-to-have). Could embed skills there. However we have a separate "Job Skills" list after benefits. Might be better to have a Skills section. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. At end there is a lot of fluff about RBC values, Talent Community etc. Remove that. We need to preserve all substantive information. So include details: description of opportunity, responsibilities bullet points, requirements bullet points (must-have, nice-to-have), benefits bullet points, pay range, schedule (40 hours/week), skills list. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

    for prose. Thus each section:

    About the role

    then

    ...

    (the opportunity paragraph). Then

    Responsibilities

    then
    • each duty. The responsibilities are broken into subheadings: Regulatory Analysis & Change Management, Process Leadership & Control Management, Stakeholder Management & Communication. We could keep those as subheadings? Not required but could be

maybe but instruction only mentions h3 for section headings. We could keep them as or just include in li. Better to keep as li with the description. We need to preserve all substantive information: include the bullet points under each subheading. Let's extract responsibilities: Regulatory Analysis & Change Management: - Conduct comprehensive impact assessments for new business initiatives, rule changes, and system modifications affecting reporting processes - Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) that includes documentation of detailed test cases, Test Execution for regulatory, business, and control changes as well as stakeholder communication on the status of the tests - Coordinate remediation of reporting anomalies through JIRA workflow management, requirements documentation, and validation testing - Prepare for and support regulatory examinations by organizing documentation and coordinating responses Process Leadership & Control Management: - Drive process improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and implementing efficiency enhancements - Design, implement, and maintain controls ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of all regulatory reporting - Develop and own performance management metrics across daily, weekly, and monthly regulatory reports - Conduct periodic reviews of the regulatory reports and ensure adherence to the current requirements Stakeholder Management & Communication: - Produce periodic presentations for senior management highlighting regulatory metrics, risk exposures, and Change Management progress - Serve as primary liaison for Regulatory Services on cross-functional projects, ensuring proactive communication of program impacts and prioritization - Document, maintain, and train teams on all procedures with periodic review cycles - Liaise with external reporting platforms including vendor platforms such as Broadridge, Fidessa and n-Tier Now Requirements: Must-have: - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field - At least a year of Big 4 Consulting/Advisory experience with regulatory focus - Familiarity through experience of US regulatory reporting requirements across multiple asset classes - Deep understanding of trade lifecycle (Orders, Executions, Allocations) and Middle Office processing - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) including advanced Excel functions - Demonstrated experience in change management including impact assessment, requirements gathering, UAT, and Post Implementation Verification - Project management methodology experience (Agile/Waterfall certification preferred) Nice-to-have: - Understanding of data warehousing concepts and reference data sourcing - Basic SQL and VBA skills preferred; Python or other data analysis tools a plus - Experience with audit trail requirements and data lineage documentation - Broadridge, n-Tier or Fidessa platform experience Benefits (What’s in it for you?): - We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper. - We care about each other, reaching our potential, making a difference to our communities, and achieving success that is mutual. - A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible benefits, competitive compensation, commissions, and stock where applicable - Leaders who support your development through coaching and managing opportunities - Ability to make a difference and lasting impact - Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team - Opportunities to do challenging work - Opportunities to building close relationships with clients Pay: The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $75,000 - $105,000 depending on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan. RBC’s compensation philosophy and principles recognize the importance of a highly qualified global workforce and plays a critical role in attracting, engaging and retaining talent that: Drives RBC’s high performance culture Enables collective achievement of our strategic goals Generates sustainable shareholder returns and above market shareholder value We could keep that as prose

. Schedule: Work hours/week: 40 Employment Type: Full time. So schedule: 40 hours per week, full-time. Job Skills list: Adaptability, Critical Thinking, Customer Service, Detail-Oriented, Financial Engineering, Financial Statement Analysis, Investments Analysis, Personal Development, Personal Initiative, Teamwork We could put that under Skills section. Now produce HTML. We must not include markdown fences. Just raw HTML. Let's craft:
