These specialists ensure organizational compliance with laws and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with departments: Coordinate across teams to assess compliance levels and adherence to procedures.
  • Provide training: Educate employees on compliance requirements and procedures.
  • Conduct audits: Perform internal audits, identify gaps, and develop improvement plans.
  • Stay up-to-date on standards: Monitor changes in regulatory standards and ensure implementation.
  • Report and assist audits: Report findings to governing bodies and assist in external audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in law, business, or related field.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., ISO, NIST, GDPR).
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Engagement pathways and compensation status

TAIRC is currently building its funding base. Opportunities identified as volunteer or unpaid do not provide compensation at this stage. Any future paid appointment would require available funding, organizational approval, applicable legal compliance, and a separate written agreement. Participation does not guarantee future employment or compensation.

  • Volunteer contribution interest may be reviewed only as a voluntary, scoped pathway.
  • Educational internship interest requires separate supervision, educational purpose, and legal review.
