Responsibilities
- Ensure property compliance with the Company’s Compliance Program.
- Conduct periodic property meetings, communicate with Corporate AML and Compliance Operations, and interact with property department on Compliance Program components.
- Perform variable research related to Compliance Program components, jurisdictional requirements, and property-based initiatives.
- Maintain standardization of property compliance functions in line with Company standards.
- Facilitate and track the completion of all required training pertaining to Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering for both properties.
- Coordinate and maintain open liaison with applicable regulatory agencies, including attending meetings, providing information/assistance, managing responses to requests/audits, and following up on any corrective actions related to regulatory agencies audit findings.
- Coordinate gaming and non-gaming systems code load approvals, where applicable.
- Work with corporate/property marketing in reviewing marketing promotions/events, and submit appropriate documentation for approval to gaming agency, where applicable.
- Oversee property Anti-money Laundering compliance requirements including completion of AML/BSA training for all property Team Members.
- Document, track, communicate, and maintain personnel actions for property Compliance employees.
- Coordinate and manage responses to external audits for the property (Federal and non-gaming state agencies).
- Prepare and submit jurisdictional regulatory reports (property specific).
- Absorb and respond to subpoenas.
- Ensure all required Annual, Quarterly, Monthly and Daily audits are completed, including sensitive keys, access testing, Key Employee Reporting.
- Coordinate and maintain open liaison with Internal Audit by providing requested information, attending meetings, managing responses to requests and follow-up on internal audit findings.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree is preferred.
- Minimum two years experience in the gaming Compliance field, with prior supervisory experience.
- Literate and fluent in English.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret gaming statutes, rules, and regulations.
- Ability to analyze information, problems, situations, and procedures from an operational perspective, identify any relevant concerns, and formulate or provide input for solutions.
- Ability to manage multi-faceted projects to a successful conclusion.
- Ability to respond to inquiries or requests from regulatory agencies.
- Ability to effectively communicate policies and procedures to groups or individuals of the Company.
- Ability to provide direction and motivate operational property team members.
- Ability to travel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
- Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.
- Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures.
