Regulatory Compliance Manager
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes:
- Location: 2 Summit Court, Fishkill, NY 12524 — In Person (metadata)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually (Pay)
- About Healthy Kids (About the role? Actually description includes organization overview; we can put under "About the role" or maybe "About Healthy Kids". The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we only include if posting has real specific content.
We have:
- About the role: The description includes "Position Overview" and "About Healthy Kids". That is content. So include About the role.
- Responsibilities: The posting has many responsibilities listed under "Key Responsibilities" with subheadings: Children's Medical & Health Compliance, Multi-State Childcare Regulatory Compliance, Licensing & Program Compliance, Employee & Personnel Compliance, Staffing Ratio & Operational Compliance, Compliance Auditing & Quality Assurance, Compliance Systems & Automation, Training & Communication. So we can include Responsibilities section with list items for each major responsibility. Should we break into sublists? Probably just list each bullet as
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to create a
- with
- items for each duty. Could embed paragraphs inside
- but that's okay.
- Requirements: The posting has "Requirements" section with bullet list: Experience in childcare licensing..., Strong knowledge..., Experience working..., Strong organizational..., Exceptional attention..., Ability to manage..., Strong written..., Ability to turn..., Strong computer..., Proactive..., Ability to work..., Willingness to be in office... So we can list those.
- Qualifications: There's "Preferred Qualifications" list. So we can include Qualifications section.
- Skills: Not explicitly separate; but maybe we can combine skills within Requirements? The instruction says use headings for Skills if present. There's no explicit Skills section separate; but we could infer skills from requirements. However we should not create a section if no specific content. So we may omit Skills.
- Benefits: The posting has Benefits section with list: Employer-Paid Childcare..., Comprehensive Medical..., AFLAC..., 401(k)..., Paid Holidays..., On-demand pay..., Career Development... So include Benefits.
- Pay: Salary range given. So include Pay.
- Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly; only Full-Time. Could infer schedule but not given. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Schedule not stated, so omit Schedule.
Also we need to include location and employment type maybe as a short
or drop it. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we can include a
for location and employment type. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Regulatory Compliance Manager" maybe but we shouldn't add heading. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, application instructions, cookie/navigation/legal. The posting includes an EEO statement at end: "Healthy Kids Programs is an equal opportunity employer...". That should be removed. Also remove "Why Join Healthy Kids?" maybe that's not boilerplate but it's promotional; but it's substantive? It's about why join; could be considered part of Benefits? Might be considered fluff but it's still substantive. However we might keep it under Benefits? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that content. But where to place? Could be part of Benefits or maybe a separate section like "Why Join Healthy Kids?" but not in allowed headings. Since only allowed headings are those list, we could incorporate that content into Benefits or About the role. Probably incorporate into Benefits or About the role. But we need to not lose detail. Could add a
under Benefits about why join. Also "Compensation $55,000–$65,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications." That's Pay; we already have Pay. The phrase "commensurate with experience and qualifications" is filler but it's part of the posting; we should not omit? The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It says we should not create a section if it's only filler. But we have actual salary range, so we can include Pay section with that range. The phrase "commensurate with experience and qualifications" is filler but we can include it as part of the Pay paragraph; it's not a heading. It's okay. Now produce HTML fragment:

Maintain a state-by-state matrix of medical requirements, including physical examinations, immunizations, health forms, medical statements, medication authorizations, allergy information, and other required documentation. Establish and maintain a system that identifies missing, incomplete, and expired medical documentation. Ensure required medical documentation is collected before a child begins attending a program, when required by applicable regulations. Monitor expiration dates and ensure updated documentation is obtained before existing documentation expires. Establish clear follow-up and escalation procedures for families with missing or expiring documentation. Work closely with the Registration team to ensure medical requirements are incorporated into the enrollment process. Work with Operations and Payroll to monitor compliance with required staffing ratios. Help establish systems for identifying potential ratio issues. - Compliance Auditing & Quality Assurance: Conduct regular compliance audits of programs and administrative processes. Develop simple checklists and audit tools for site and regional leaders. - Training & Communication: Develop compliance guides, checklists, and training materials. Help site and regional leaders understand regulatory requirements.
