About the Role
This position is responsible for promoting, facilitating, and enforcing compliance with regulatory standards within the health system and functioning as an organizational resource for regulatory compliance. The Regulatory Compliance Coordinator supports the Director, Regulatory Compliance by performing risk assessments, internal audits, and document control activities. The role maintains a working knowledge of regulatory and certification requirements, as well as health system policies, and educates others.
This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of the Blessing Health system. The employee is expected to demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals, and direction of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Excellent reading comprehension and writing skills
