Job Description

Responsibilities
- Trains Acceptance Auditors
- Audits sites and facilities for compliance
- Investigates and resolves shipping errors related to hazardous materials
- Tracks and reports non-compliance of all hazardous materials
- Trains, tracks, and salts employees
- Owes, supervises and manages all aspects pertaining to the UPS Regulated Goods program
Knowledge And Skills
- Works a minimum of (3) nights per week to enable effective interaction with acceptance auditors as well as origin sorts for Haz Mat packages, includes walking and supporting operations
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Planning and organizational skills
- Project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Detail and results-oriented
- Able to work independently
- Possesses analytical abilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (or internationally comparable degree) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Technology or Environmental Engineering - Preferred
