About the Role

Be the first friendly face patients see—when they need it most. Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center is looking for a compassionate, dependable Emergency Department Registration Specialist to join our night shift team.

Requirements

• Join Our Team at HRRMC as a Registration Specialist in the Emergency Department working nights.
• Sign on bonus for full time = $1200
• Sign on bonus for part time = $600
• Part Time hours will be 11:30pm - 7:30am Sunday - Tuesday
• Full Time hours will be 11:30pm - 7:30am Wednesday - Saturday

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional service to patients and visitors.
• Perform accurate patient registrations for hospital services.
• Maintain integrity in patient demographics, insurance, and guarantor data.
• Manage incoming calls, mail, and patient portal inquiries.
• Support regulatory compliance, including EMTALA guidelines.
• Collaborate with ancillary departments for seamless patient care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CPSI registration with a 95% accuracy rate.
• Ability to read and verify physician orders with patients.
• Experience collecting and verifying insurance information.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.

Pay

Summary Night shift differential based on current policy.

Schedule

Part Time hours will be 11:30pm - 7:30am Sunday - Tuesday
Full Time hours will be 11:30pm - 7:30am Wednesday - Saturday
