Registration Services Specialist - Extended Learning

Position Details

Work Year: 10.5 Months
School Year: 2026-2027
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, occasional after-hours/weekend work as needed, Schedule may vary based on operational needs
Minimum Hourly Rate*: $24.45/Hour

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or combination of education and experience
• Three (3) years of related experience in a high-volume office environment
• Experience with relational databases, student information systems, and internet applications
• Knowledge of Blackbaud preferred
• Ability to communicate with constituents who speak English as a second language
• Excellent keyboarding skills for high volume of keypunching and data input
• Demonstrated high proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Drive applications (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides)
